Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate scheduling adjustments. Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled with advance notice, subject to availability. Any payments already made will be transferred to the new booking date. Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled, the amount paid will be issued as a credit toward a future Tevagrow class, workshop, field trip, or eligible program. Credit Use: Credits may be applied to a future booking and are subject to availability. Short-Notice Changes: We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find the best available option. Tevagrow Cancellations: If Tevagrow needs to cancel or reschedule a program, clients may transfer their booking to another available date or receive a full credit toward a future program. Our goal is to keep our policy flexible while allowing us to properly prepare materials, plants, and staffing for each program.
