Tevagrow 1-Year Limited Warranty


LIMITED WARRANTY


TevaGrow warrants the original purchaser that the TevaGrow product (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, TevaGrow will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law:

  1. Repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts;

  2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value; or

  3. Refund the purchase price of the Product.

A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS


  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor use.

  • Failure of parts or components due to manufacturing defects.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER


This warranty does not apply to:

  • Products used outdoors or in environments not recommended by TevaGrow.

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration).

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper installation, or failure to follow TevaGrow’s instructions.

  • Consumables such as plants, seeds, growing media, or water/nutrient solutions.

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.

  • Damage from power surges, water ingress beyond product design, or extreme temperatures.

Please be prepared to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).

  • Product model and serial number.

  • Description and photos of the defect.

TevaGrow may require you to return the defective Product, at our expense, for inspection.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • TevaGrow is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

  • This warranty is your exclusive remedy and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
