The Tevagrow Business Model

You’ll operate a Tevagrow Showroom that serves as your local hub for sales consultations, plant staging, and service operations.

Recurring revenue engine:

maintenance/service routes + corporate accounts (when applicable)

Tevagrow is a system-driven business with defined standards, operating procedures, and brand programs.

The System includes:

  • signage + showroom design standards
  • uniform operating procedures + service specs
  • inventory + management + financial controls (including POS/tracking systems)
  • training + assistance
  • advertising and promotional programs

Training & Ongoing Support

You (or your general manager) must supervise on-premises operations, and the GM must complete training.

Training highlights

Training for the first two people is included in the initial franchise fee
Additional trainees: $3,500 per person (plus expenses)
Optional additional on-site training: $500 per trainer/day (plus expenses)

Territory

You receive a Restricted Territory defined in your Franchise Agreement. During the term, Tevagrow will not establish or grant another Tevagrow business in that territory, subject to reserved rights in the agreement.

Initial Investment

Estimated initial investment: $133,500 to $219,875 CAD
This includes (among other items): lease/rent assumptions, deposits, leasehold improvements, tools & service kits, opening inventory, uniforms/signage, IT setup, grand opening advertising, vehicle/wrap, and 3 months of additional funds.

Initial Franchise Fee: $49,000 + taxes
(Generally non-refundable except in limited circumstances tied to securing an accepted location.)

Ongoing Fees

Royalty Fee:

20% of Gross Revenues, paid monthly

Corporate Royalty Fee:

25% of Gross Revenues for Corporate Accounts, paid monthly

Brand Development Fund:

3% of Gross Revenues (paid with royalty)

Commission Fee:

3% of Gross Revenues collected for installation for Corporate Accounts

Franchise Term

Initial term: 10 years (or lease term, whichever is less)

Renewal: conditional right to renew for one additional term
